MALAGA (Or the Inner Ear)
Roberts played Michael, one of three main characters, in Theatre Y’s 2018 production of Lukas Bärfuss’s modern melodrama “Malaga (or the Inner Ear).” New City Stage wrote, “The three performers nail their parts, crafting characterizations that are heightened but painfully truthful. … Roberts’s Michael combines stiff movements and a look of perpetual disapproval, like a sulky, outraged robot.”
